About the Journal

          University of Thi-Qar Journal of Science, the official journal of the College of Science, University of Thi-Qar is devoted to the science and technology of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology and medical biosciences fields of knowledge. 

          The journal was founded in 2007 and it welcomes manuscripts presenting new information which is not previously published anywhere. Manuscripts with novel ideas and particularly those have applications of the previously mentioned aspects have the opportunity of publication in the journal.  Submitted manuscripts can take the form of reports of original studies or reviews of significant prior work. All manuscripts are subject to reviews to assure accuracy, clarity, and the originality of the introduced research. Manuscripts of general interest are not preferable for the journal. Journal publishing schedule

          University of Thi-Qar Journal of Science publishes one volume of two issues per year, through May/June and November/December, respectively.
